“randd uk are proud to exhibit and present at SME 2017! We’re eager to meet business owners and assist in their growth plans through rewarding innovations with R&D tax credits. The show has been fantastically organised and the team are extremely friendly and helpful.” Phil Tooley, R&D Consultant.
randd uk are exhibiting to develop SMEs with R&D tax credits, a scheme introduced in the year 2000 to enable UK businesses in any industry and any size to reclaim tax credits for qualifying research and development activities. Designed to reward innovation, R&D tax credits allow companies to push boundaries and develop new products and processes with reduced financial worries. Working with randd uk is risk free as there are NO up-front costs, expenses of any kind or accountancy / administration fees. Once we’ve submitted a claim, it typically takes about six weeks for HMRC to pay the approved cash award and in the highly unlikely event of an unsuccessful claim (it’s worth re-mentioning our 100% success rate, a proud track record that we intend to keep) the client wouldn’t be charged a penny.
Jamie Bristoll from Process Heating Services ltd said that claiming R&D tax credits “was such a simple process with randd uk… Sure, they take a small cut, but that leaves you with a big cut, of your own money, reclaimed from the taxman, which makes it taste all the sweeter. I am busy recommending their services to friends, customers, suppliers, basically, anyone who will listen.”
Karl Evans, Managing Director for DMS Nuclear said that “the service provided by randd uk exceeded our expectations. From the front end meetings to the backroom support in putting together our claim they were most professional. It was the easiest money we’ve ever made!”
Phil Tooley will be explaining how to grow your business with R&D tax credits and how randd uk are rewarding SMEs for innovation. Important information such as defining R&D tax credits, qualifying activities and the process of applying will be shared by Phil in the Finance theatre, along with case studies and handy hints & tips. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions after the presentation and don’t forget that our stand (E8) is right outside the seminar room!
An experienced R&D Consultant for randd uk, Phil’s diverse range of skills from corporate management to journalism are ideally suited to the tasks of identifying R&D activity within manufacturing businesses as well as recording such findings skilfully into the written word. Phil has been a General and Commercial Manager with over 30 year’s senior experience within large multinational and small & medium enterprises. He has also worked in football, journalism, both written and spoken, and the third sector, including education.
